        Express requires all suppliers and subcontractors to fully comply with the following Code of Conduct:
        Express 要求所有供應(yīng)商和分包商完全遵守以下行為規(guī)范:
        1. Compliance with Laws 遵守法律
        Compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations. 
        遵守所有法律、法規(guī)和條例。
        2. Minimum Wages and Benefits 最低工資和福利
        Payment to workers of the minimum wage prescribed by local law or the prevailing local industry wage, whichever is higher; provision to workers of benefits that conform to the better of applicable local law or prevailing local industry standards; and payment to workers of overtime compensation in compliance with all applicable laws.
        員工的工資水平根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)胤梢?guī)定或當(dāng)?shù)噩F(xiàn)行行業(yè)工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)而定,以兩者中較高者為準(zhǔn);員工的福利待遇須符合當(dāng)?shù)剡m用法律規(guī)定或當(dāng)?shù)噩F(xiàn)行行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以兩者中較優(yōu)者為準(zhǔn);員工的加班補(bǔ)償費標(biāo)準(zhǔn)須遵從所有適用法律的規(guī)定。
        3. Maximum Working Hours 最長工作時間
        Overtime shall be limited to a level consistent with humane and productive working conditions. Workers shall not be required, on a regularly scheduled basis, to work in excess of sixty hours (or lower if prescribed by local laws or local industry standards) per week; and, generally, workers shall be provided with at least one day off in seven.
        加班時間應(yīng)限制在適當(dāng)水平內(nèi),以符合人道要求并保證工作效率。一般情況下,按照正常排班計劃, 不得要求員工每周工作時間超過 60 小時(依據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)胤珊彤?dāng)?shù)赝袠I(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),該數(shù)字可能更低);每 7 天中應(yīng)至少有一天為休息日。
        4. No Forced Labor 無強(qiáng)迫勞動力
        Prison, indentured, bonded, involuntary, slave labor, or labor obtained through human trafficking shall not be used.

        5. No Child Labor 無童工
        All workers shall be at least the local minimum legal working age, or ILO standard, whichever is higher.

        6. Health and Safety 健康與安全
        The work environment shall be safe and healthy.

        7. Nondiscrimination 無歧視
        Workers shall be selected only on the basis of their ability to do the job and not on the basis of other personal characteristics or beliefs.
        員工的唯一選用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)為其工作能力,而不是其他個人特征或信仰。
        8. No Corporal Punishment 無體罰
        Neither corporal punishment nor any other form of physical or psychological coercion shall be used against workers.
        不應(yīng)對員工使用體罰或任何其它身體上或心理上的脅迫。
        9. Freedom of Association 結(jié)社自由
        The lawful exercise of workers? rights of free association shall be respected and not restricted or interfered in, and workers lawfully exercising those rights shall not be threatened or penalized.
        員工合法行使其自由結(jié)社的權(quán)利應(yīng)被尊重,不應(yīng)對其進(jìn)行限制和干涉,且不應(yīng)對合法行使該權(quán)利的員工進(jìn)行威脅和處罰。
        10. Anti-Corruption/Anti-Bribery 反腐敗/反賄賂
        Suppliers must comply with all applicable anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws, rules and regulations and anti-bribery policies and requirements established by Express.
        供應(yīng)商必須遵守所有適用的反腐敗和反賄賂法律、法規(guī)和條例以及 Express 確立的反賄賂政策和要求。
        11. Environment 環(huán)境
        Suppliers must comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.
        供應(yīng)商必須遵守所有適用的環(huán)境法律和法規(guī)。
        12. Community Involvement 社區(qū)參與
        Projects undertaken in partnership with community groups or local or international non-governmental organizations (NGOs), particularly those that address educational opportunities for younger people employed in production facilities, shall be encouraged and supported.
        鼓勵和支持與社區(qū)團(tuán)體、當(dāng)?shù)鼗驀H非政府組織 (NGO) 開展合作項目,特別是旨在為在生產(chǎn)設(shè)施行業(yè)中工作的年輕人提供教育機(jī)會的項目。
        13. Access 訪問權(quán)限
        For the purpose of monitoring compliance with our policies, Express and its subcontractors and agents shall be given unrestricted access to all production facilities and dormitories and to all relevant records, whether or not notice is provided in advance.
        為監(jiān)控公司的政策是否得到遵守,Express 應(yīng)有權(quán)在提前通知或不提前通知的情況下,不受限制地進(jìn)入所有生產(chǎn)設(shè)施和宿舍,以及不受限制地查看所有相關(guān)記錄。
        14. Subcontracting 分包
        Express does not allow unauthorized subcontracting. A formal request must be submitted to Express for approval should a supplier require subcontracting.
        Express 不允許未經(jīng)授權(quán)的分包。如果供應(yīng)商需要分包,必須遞交正式申請以獲得Express 批準(zhǔn)。
